PMG’s software development engineers helped enhance and support GEICO’s very complex and high volume Electronic Claims application, on a time and material basis. PMG’s employees delivered a very high level of service and their performance was rated by the GEICO ECF Claims manager as “Exceptional”. Based on Java and .Net technologies, the system has a reliability of 99.995%. Our team provided production support for this application for a 3-year period which in turn provided the 99.995% system uptime.
