In the Time and Material model, PMG Global’s team comprising of a Business Domain expert and a PM/Architect will do the requirements gathering and identify the scope of the project. Once the project plan has been defined and approved, PMG Global will put together a team of Project Manager/Business Analyst/Architect, Developers and Testers and execute the project onsite at the client’s premises under the client’s overall project management.
In the Fixed Price model, PMG Global will deliver the project as per client’s requirements on a fixed price basis which will be quoted upfront to the client. Any change in the scope of the project will result in a change order.
Our software development is based on the AGILE / SCRUM methodology and DevOps and Continuous Integration using Maven and Jenkins.
