Under the direct supervision of the Director, Database Administration Management, will provide Sybase database administration (DBA) support and technical support for multiple Sybase and Microsoft SQL Server applications in development, integration test, user acceptance test, quality assurance, performance and production environments. Project Managers - Mortgage Banking

PMG Global is looking for a Project Manager for a long term project with a Fortune 50 Mortgage banking client. Project Manager to backfill for a client PM who is moving to another project and will be managing two projects:

Counterparty Credit Risk, due to implement early February
Single Family Profitability, 1st phase implement in January with ongoing phases throughout the rest of the year

The requirements for this senior level PM include the following:

Solid project management skills
Project management experience with constructing a dimensional database for use by the OLAP tool (like Microstrategy). Building a dimensional database is very different from application database development and different from data warehouse development.
Knowledge of the principles of dimensional development (i.e. datamart development) and the sequence of activities required would be very important.
Knowledge of Single Family mortgage business (broad knowledge from purchasing to completion of loan).
PM will be managing a small team of people that will be doing the hands on work, but PM does not to have experience with these types of data projects.

In addition to the requirements above, individual needs to have strong PM skills:

Develop project plans to include resourcing, tasking, deliverables
