PMG Global was founded by V. R. Ganesh. Prior to starting PMG Global, Ganesh had a successful career as a Sales and Marketing Executive. He has held Senior Management positions for companies in the Asia Pacific region and also in the US.

After a successful stint in the Asia Pacific region in Sales and Marketing, Ganesh moved to the US in 1993 and co-founded ionidea, a successful Virginia based IT consulting company providing contract IT placement and turnkey software development services. He was responsible for taking ionidea - formerly known as IBC- from a basement operation in 1993 to over 28 Million USD in revenues by 2001.

He left ionidea in 2001 to join InterPro Business Process Solutions, a Business Process Outsourcing Company based in Maryland, as its Executive Vice President. InterPro Business Process Solutions is a part of InterPro Global, a $550 million company with operations all over the world. Over a 2 year period, Ganesh was responsible for successfully transforming InterPro BPS from a US Payroll Processing Company to a Global Business Process Outsourcing organization. Under his leadership, InterPro won a large IT and Business Process Outsourcing contract from Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation based in Wall Street NY.
